WARRANTY POLICY IMPLEMENTATION

As usual, upon appraisal from our technical support (888-577-6274) upon a call from the user or store and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) issued to the store, the defective iGS-020 or iGS-020R may be:

1. Exchanged and upgraded to an iGS-110 S over the counter at a very discounted price. The warranty on the new iGS-110 S unit sold in this exchange-upgrade program will be for 3 years starting upon the date of the upgrade purchase.

2. Repaired if the user chooses so: delays for the user to get the fully functional unit back in his hands, due to transportation back and forth, customs and repair shop delays may amount to many weeks and usually at least one month.

The owner of a defective iGS-020 or iGS-020R unit should call Plug'N'Grow’s free technical support line (888-577-6274) or visit his store to get the unit checked and inquire about getting an iGS-110 S for replacement at a widely discounted price.

Useful Tips

• Plug one 1,500 W, 120 V heater or air conditioner or exhaust fan in the iGS-020 power outlet (1.25 T of refrigeration or 15,000 BTU air conditioner);
  

or

• Multiply your heating or cooling capacity by plugging a sense cord from a switcher box like PLUG'n'GROW iLS4 in the iGS-020 outlet;

or

• Multiply your cooling or heating capacity by plugging a sense cord from a load switcher box like PLUG'n'GROW iLS4-240 in the iGS-020 outlet: an iLS4-240 with a 40 A circuit breaker will feed 2 x 4,000 W, 240 V heaters or 2 x 3,750 W air conditioners for about 5 T of refrigeration.
