WARRANTY POLICY IMPLEMENTATION

As usual, upon appraisal from our technical support (888-577-6274) upon a call from the user or store and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) issued to the store, the defective iGS-040 or iGS-040R may be:

1. Exchanged and upgraded to an iGS-110 S over the counter at a very discounted price. The warranty on the new iGS-110 S unit sold in this exchange-upgrade program will be for 3 years starting upon the date of the upgrade purchase.

2. Repaired if the user chooses so: delays for the user to get the fully functional unit back in his hands, due to transportation back and forth, customs and repair shop delays may amount to many weeks and usually at least one month.

The owner of a defective iGS-040 or iGS-040R unit should call Plug'N'Grow’s free technical support line (888-577-6274) or visit his store to get the unit checked and inquire about getting an iGS-110 S for replacement at a widely discounted price.

Useful Tips

•  Plug a combination of inlet and exhaust 120 V fans to cool and dehumidify;

or

• Build up your cooling-dehumidifying capacity by plugging a sense cord from a switcher box like PLUG'n'GROW iLS4 in the iGS-040 outlet: 
  • an iLS4-120S on a 40 A circuit breaker will power 3 x 15,000 BTU air conditioners,

  • an iLS4-240 can power 2 x 3,750 W (240 V) air conditioners for about 5 Tons of refrigeration.

Control the temperature and humidity with highest priority and CO₂ enrichment

Plug a 120 V power strip in the outlet of the PLUG'n'GROW temperature and humidity controller (iGS-040) and plug the temperature and humidity equipment and the iLS120-OFF sense cord in the power strip. Plug the iLS120-OFF in a 120 V separate circuit and plug a CO₂ controller (iGS-061 or iGS-100) in the iLS120-OFF outlet and plug CO₂ enrichment device in CO₂ controller outlet.
