High power equipment direct and reverse relays

Directional relays are useful for

Adding an equipment to augment a process like heating or cooling and fed on a separate electrical circuit

The relay trigger chord is plugged in the controller outlet thru a multiple outlet block where the main equipment is also plugged. The relay is powered by a separate electrical receptacle preferably on a separate electrical circuit. When the controller outlet is fed with electrical current the directional "ON" relay is triggered "ON" and feeds the second equipment. This is a useful strategy to use 2 small heaters or 2 small air conditionners where the second equipment would bring to high a load to the controller outlet circuit.

Switch off an equipment that opposes the action of another one

The relay trigger chord is plugged in the controller outlet thru a multiple outlet block where the main equipment is also plugged. The reverse relay switches OFF the opposite equipment when the controller outlet is fed with electrical current. This is a useful strategy to turn off intake-exhaust fan(s) when CO2 level enhancement is activated.
