Leaky iGS-RG1 CO₂ regulator

Adjusting the CO₂ release pressure with the black knob thus bringing the dial needle to point in the red zone does not  increase the CO₂ flow rate. It may cause the regulator to leak CO₂ from the pressure release orifice under the regulator.

If CO₂ leaks through the orifice under the regulator, it is not faulty. Just turn the black knob counter clockwise to bring back the needle to point in the green zone, between 0.2 and 0.3 MPa.

To increase the CO₂ flow rate in cubic feet per hour, add a second and even a third 20 lbs bottle or even use a 50 lbs bottle. Remember that a 20 lbs CO₂ bottle cannot release more than 14 cubic feet of CO₂ per hour.
